BERGEN

Så har vi vært på tur igjen.  Midt i april dro vi til Bergen for å være med på Bergen og Omegn Myndeklubb og Irsk Ulvehundklubbens myndeutstilling på lørdagen og NKK's internasjonale utstilling på søndagen. Målet var vel ikke først og fremst å sanke cert og cacib, men å treffe igjen noen av valpene som flyttet for snart et år siden. Og eierene deres, selvsagt.
Utstillingen lørdag foregikk i Manger, 5-6 mil utenfor Bergen. En utrolig hyggelig utstilling med stor ring, god plass i hallen og vakker natur. Til og med været var topp! En østlending må jo bare gi seg helt over!

Både "Rio," "Lucas" og "Sid" var meldt på til utstillingen. De var blitt så store og vakre. Dessuten har de verdens hyggeligste eiere! Jeg lar bildene tale for seg:



In the middle of april we went for a trip, again. This time to Bergen, to participate in Bergen Sigthoundclub and Irish Wolfhoundclub's show on saturday, and the Norwegian Kennel Clubs International show on sunday.
The purpose of the trip was not really to collect CC's and CACIB's, but to meet up with the puppies which left almost a year ago, and their owners of course.
The show saturday took place about 50 km outside Bergen, and the atmosphere was really nice. It was enough space, big ring and an extraordinary nice scenery outside. Even the weather was good!

Rio, Lucas and Sid participated. They all grew so big and beatyful! Take a look at the pictures!

Lykkelige barn har Whippet!


På utstillingen ble det "Excellent" på alle sammen, med veldig gode kritikker. Sid vant juniorklassen, med Rio som nummer to og Lucas som en god nr.tre.


All of them got "Excellent," with really nice critiques. Sid won the Junior class, with Rio second and Lucas  third.

Chelsea fikk også "excellent" og ble nummer to i Juniorklasse tisper. Vaya var eneste påmeldte i Brukshundklasse. Hun fikk "excellent" med CK og endte opp som 2. Beste tispe med res.cert. Gøy med hunder som både kan jakte og er vakre!
Revet med av suksessen, viste vi til slutt en avlsklasse for Vaya. Tiltross for at de bare er et år gamle, virkelig en gjeng med "tenåringer," ble det Hederspremie og en  strålende kritikk!


Chelsea also got "excellent," and was nr. two i Junior bitches. Vaya was the only one in "Working ," and she got Excellent and CQ. She also ended up as 2.Best Bitch with res.CC. Nice to have a pretty dog that can hunt as well!
With all this succsess and with four of Vayas offspring present, we decided to show her progeny group. Even though they are only one year old, a real bunch of teenagers, we got excellent critique.

Som om ikke alt dette var nok, hadde Vestlendingene masse gavepremier. Jeg kom hjem med både nye raggsokker, hjemme-hekla tøfler og en god,varm Whippetgenser. NICE!


In addition to all this, it was prices to almost everyone! So I enden up with new socks, home made slippers and a warm and cosy Whippet sweather. NICE!



Dagen etter var det NKK's utstilling på Bønes. En mer ordinær utstilling, med trang hall, begrenset plass i ringen og parkering "på den andre sida av Bergen." Chelsea hadde fått løpetid, og ville ikke at noen skulle ta på henne. I allefall ikke dommeren. Det ble en "Very Good." Av gutta ble Rio først i Junior denne dagen, med CK! Lucas ble nummer to og Sid nr. tre.

The next day we attended the Norwegian Kennel Club's International show in Bønes. A more "normal" show, with limited space in the hall and parking "on the other side of Bergen."
Chelsea was in heat, and did't want anyone to touch her. Specially not the judge. She got a "Very Good." Among the boys, Rio was first in Juniorclass this day, with CQ! Lucas was second and Sid third.
